The official language of the Conference is English. The size of the conference paper ranges from 4 to 6 A4 pages fully filled with text. Conference papers should be prepared according to IEEE Proceedings format using a provided template.
Papers that are not formatted properly won’t be accepted for the review process. Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conference at the same time. Submitted papers are subject to 2-3 independent anonymous referee reviews.
All accepted papers, which are oral or poster presented at conference will be submitted for inclusion to IEEE Xplore Digital Library (Scopus and Web of Science indexation) subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. Please pay attention that «no-show» papers will be not submitted to IEEE Xplore, as well as any other indexing database. The presenting author of each accepted paper is required to register, pay a participation fee, and participate in conference.
Note: Notice, that one author is allowed to send not more than 3 papers in total.
The registration fee covers participation with only one paper. Participation with two papers increases the registration fee by 50%. Participation with three papers increases the registration fee by 75%.
