Conference accepts cashless payments only. There is no refund policy.
All fees and charges of correspondent banks, or any other fees related to that payment, are at the participant’s expenses.
Students must provide proof of their full-time undergraduate or postgraduate student status at the registration. IEEE Members must provide proof of their active IEEE Membership.

Note: Notice, that one author is allowed to send not more than 3 papers in total.
The registration fee covers participation with only one paper. Participation with two papers increases the registration fee by 50%. Participation with three papers increases the registration fee by 75%.
For participants from Ukraine, if the number of foreign authors of the article does not exceed 50%, discounts up to 100% are provided. The following criteria will be considered:
– the quality of the paper based on the results of Conference peer review;
– IEEE Ukraine Section Membership;
– IEEE Information Theory Society Membership;
– volunteering at the IEEE Ukraine Section and IEEE Ukraine Section Information Theory Society Chapter;
However, for papers with more than half foreign authors, payment of the registration fee in full size is MANDATORY.
